Aswad the Amputee Horse | Veterinary/Medical
Aswad lives in France and suffered a horrible injury. As a result, most of his lower leg was amputated. Aswad’s owner, Doriane Al Ajmi, writes:
“I am the owner of Aswad. We live in France. Equiflexsleeve bands really are exceptional. Aswad is a horse with an amputated leg and, as also for human amputees if left overnight without compression or wrapping, the next morning it is very complicated to install the prosthesis because at night it can swell and develop edema. This is caused by poor blood circulation, but with using Equiflexsleeve at night, there is no edema! Aswad is a great example to demonstrate that Equiflexsleeve really does act on blood circulation and improves circulation in the legs.”
